How to use:

Shake the cap lightly with the cap closed, then slowly open the cap and use it with the tip of the brush facing upward.

Be careful not to splash the liquid.

Draw around the eyes or where you want to add more.

It can be easily washed off by soaking it in lukewarm water for a while.
