How to use:

1. Clean and dry the troubled spot.

2. Tear the patch according to the countour and stick it on the troubled area.

3. Press for 2 - 3 seconds with your palm.

1. Stick the patch on the troubled area before bed.

2. Use while sleeping (6-8 hours).
