The HendiChef IPC multifunctional device by Hendi is a modern kitchen robot equipped with 20 functions : cooking, crushing, mixing, kneading, steaming, frying, grating, sous vide, whipping, dissolving, caramelizing, emulsifying, kneading, shredding, chopping, grinding, cutting, mixing, blending, weighing.
The motor housing has a large, easy-to-read TFT display . It is made of vibration-absorbing material ABS , the SLIDE LOCK formula prevents uncontrolled changing of position on the countertop. The device has an integrated quartz scale from 5g to 5kg with a tare function. The 4.5-liter multifunction pot with a working capacity of 3 liters has an installed, powerful heating element made of high-quality, anti-corrosion acid-resistant steel (AISI 304 technology). The device is equipped with the 3-piece steaming set : a 4.5-liter polymer roaster with a non-stick surface, which installs on the pot (enables quick steam cooking), a steam extension that doubles the working surface, and a steam-regulating lid, allowing food to maintain its full aroma and crispiness. The transparent polycarbonate pot lid with a start sensor allows you to control the process without having to open the lid. 2 cover variants : HOT COVER for heat processing and COLD COVER for cold dishes. The 4-blade knives are made of hardened AISI 420 acid-resistant steel in a 3D arrangement. The chopping disc is 2-functional, equipped with 13 teeth, with the possibility of slicing. The silicone spatula is abrasion and temperature resistant. The included measuring cup will facilitate precise dosing of ingredients.
