Mode of application:
Marinate medium-sized chicken pieces (1 kg) in 5 tbsp. l. massala and salt to taste. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Chop 1 tbsp. l. minced ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, and 2 green chili peppers into a smooth paste and set aside.
Heat in a pot 2 tbsp. l. oils, grind the mustard (optional) and fry with a small amount of chopped onion. Add the paste and mix well. Add the marinated chicken and 3 cups of water and cook until lightly browned.
Add 2 sprigs of curry leaves and serve the dish hot. You can add coconut milk or paste (taste).
