Earthy, musky and softly sweet, this patchouli resin incense brings a warm, low-lit feeling to meditation, prayer or an unhurried evening at home. The resin-on-stick format gives you the depth of a ritual fragrance with the ease of a self-lighting incense stick.
The scent as it settles
The first impression is deep and earthy, like warm soil after rain.
A musky softness follows, giving the room a slower, more intimate mood.
The slight sweetness keeps the fragrance rounded rather than heavy.
It suits quiet rituals, mindful pauses, evening journalling and reflective prayer.
The green-coated sticks and natural-toned wrap give it a simple, grounded look beside an incense holder.
Resin on stick, made in India
This is incense in the Ritual Resins on Stick range, made in India and shaped for easy burning. The sticks are handmade, with a textured green incense coating over a plain holding end, as shown in the photo.
Lighting and daily care
Place the plain end in a heat-resistant incense holder or ash catcher. Light the coated tip, let it flame briefly, then blow it out so the tip glows and releases smoke.
Burn in a ventilated space, never leave it unattended, and make sure ash falls onto a fireproof surface. Store the sticks dry, at room temperature and away from humidity. Keep out of reach of children and do not consume.
Patchouli in ritual fragrance
Patchouli has long been used in perfumery and incense for its distinctive earthy depth. In ritual settings, it is often chosen for moments that feel inward, tactile and quietly sensual: a room prepared for meditation, a prayer space, or the pause between the busy part of the day and the slower part. Here, that character is carried in a resin-on-stick format, giving patchouli’s familiar musky warmth a ceremonial feel without needing loose resin or charcoal.
Size and what you receive
You receive 8 patchouli resin incense sticks. Each stick is approximately 20 cm long and has a burn time of 50, 60 minutes.…
