Special Parts Takegawa (TAKEGAWA) Lowering Rear Shock Absorbers, 40mm Lowering, Yellow, Set of 2 for CT125 (06-04-0162)

Installing this product lowers the seat height by approximately 40mm, improving foot reach while riding and enhancing stability when waiting at traffic lights or riding tandem around town. Furthermore, by revising the damping force and spring rate, this oil-damper rear shock absorber improves road grip for a more stable ride. The body is made of steel, and the cylinder is chrome-plated. Choose from four spring finishes: red, yellow, chrome, and black. Specially designed for the CT125 with an offset mounting position.

*When installing this product, the original side stand cannot be used. Please use the center stand or the separately sold SP Takegawa adjustable side stand (06-13-0093). *When installing this product, it will be heavier to deploy the center stand than with the original. Please note. *When installing this product, the front fork will need to be extended by 20mm to maintain balance while riding. *When this product is installed, the muffler will be closer to the ground. Please be careful as the muffler may come into contact with the ground when going around curves or over bumps.
