Product Introduction

This filter safely raises pH. It suppresses algae growth. It is also ideal for restoring a low pH and maintaining a high pH and KH. Because it removes acidic substances rather than adding alkaline substances, it can easily and safely raise pH in both freshwater and saltwater. When used at the start of an aquarium setup, it maintains a pH of around 8. (Freshwater/Saltwater) When used in an aquarium with a low pH, it raises the pH by 1-2 over 1-2 days. (Freshwater) It promotes bacterial growth, decomposing and absorbing ammonia and nitrite. Ion adsorption removal lasts approximately 3-6 months, and as a biological filter, it can be used for approximately 2 years. (This product is particularly effective at removing ammonia.)

How to Use

Use this product in a filter tank or aquarium. When using in a filter tank, spread the product evenly, completely submerged in water. Place a wool mat or similar on top of the product to filter out large contaminants. Wash the wool about once a week and the product at least once a month. (The adsorption effect lasts a long time.) *The basic amount is 150cc of this product for 60L or less of aquarium water. A filter that safely raises pH.
