Product Introduction
Bravo 6 "1/35 Soviet Chernozem 4 Two Red Army Engineers Cutting a Log (2)" Resin Kit.
"Chernozem" means "black soil" in Russian and is found in Eurasia from Ukraine to Siberia.
Early winter snowfall and late winter thaw easily turn the black soil into mud, and the winter-like appearance of these figures suggests that this is a time when footing is difficult.
This fourth figure set depicts an engineer cutting a log with a two-man saw with a double-handled handle.
Wearing uniform caps and Tirogreika jackets, and carrying Mosin-Nagant rifles on their backs, the two men are seen working in unison to saw the log.
Photo-etched parts are included for the saws.
