Got these this week and 1 of the 4 caps was broken and the rest did NOT spin at all when installed, you could spin them manually but the friction was to much so they couldn’t just float seamlessly on the wheel. Yes I cleaned the wheel and lubricated both the wheel and the caps. Absolutely not worth a penny in my opinion!
