How to use:
1. Preparation: Take one bottle (180ml) once a day. If it's your first time, you can start with half a bottle (90ml).
2. Timing: For best results, drink on an empty stomach when you have at least 2–3 hours of free time (as it may cause urgent bathroom visits). 🚽
