Two Refresh Replacements: You can receive two refresh replacements per year, one of which can be used as part of the Flight Loss Warranty. The cost of a refresh replacement is ¥5,500 (tax included), and the cost of the Flight Loss Warranty is ¥26,400 (tax included). Note that using the Flight Loss Warranty counts as one replacement. Comprehensive Warranty: Covers damage and loss due to causes such as collisions and water damage, providing comprehensive coverage. Extended Manufacturer's Warranty: If a performance failure occurs on a covered part during the validity period of DJI Care Refresh, the manufacturer will provide free repairs. This allows you to use your product for longer and with peace of mind. DJI Care Express: By paying the refresh replacement fee upfront when applying for DJI Care Express, DJI will ship a replacement immediately upon receiving your defective product. This process eliminates inspections and estimates, allowing you to receive your replacement product quickly. Flight Loss Warranty: Covers your aircraft in the event of loss during flight, allowing you to fly with peace of mind. (To use Flight Loss Protection, users must link their DJI account and remote controller to the aircraft using the DJI FLY app. If these steps are not completed before a Flight Loss occurs, Flight Loss Protection will not be available.)
