It's important to carefully consider your current level of proficiency and the mouthpiece you're using to choose the reed that produces the best sound. They're durable enough to withstand a total of 320 hours of playing time (assuming 20 practice days per month and two hours of playing time per day over a period of eight months). They contain no substances harmful to the body, and can be cleaned and disinfected with Yamaha Mouthpiece Cleaner MPC3 or similar. They're safe and hygienic to use at any time. The reeds can be used straight out of the packaging, and the plastic packaging and paper case can be used as a reed case. The paper case is waterproof and resistant to tearing even when the reed is slightly wet.
