The track has a 6.5mm track spacing and includes a trackbed. The rails and other metal components are made of highly conductive nickel silver (nickel silver). (Some parts are stainless steel.) The joints connecting the trackbeds are separate parts that can be easily replaced if damaged. The cross-sectional shape of the metal rails is custom-made, specifically designed to be "E" shaped. Because Z gauge rails are extremely thin, when creating large layouts, the electrical resistance of the rails can slow down trains traveling farther from the power supply. To minimize this, the cross-sectional area of ​​the rails is made as large as possible without compromising realism, thereby minimizing electrical resistance. The power supply is located on a straight track, allowing for multiple power feeds to ensure uniform train speeds. The power supply includes a cover, which can be left in place when not powered to maintain a clean appearance. The tire tread on the rails is designed to be slightly wider to improve grip for the rubber tires on the wheels. Starting with classic tracks that look like wooden sleepers to match older vehicles, the lineup will also include PC tracks that look like concrete sleepers.
