GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
BASIN OR SINK-COUNTER MIXERS
1. Flush the two pipe lines before connecting the mixer.
2. Place the mixer unit in the pre-punched hole in the sink or bench, hole cut to 35mm dia. with the flexible hoses going in first and the mixer base bottom dress ring sitting firmly on the mixer base.
3. Screw on the flexible hoses being careful not to kink the "O" rings on the nipple thread of the flexible hoses.
4. From underneath the sink, fit the rubber horseshoe seal, the metal horseshoe base plate and the fixing nut onto the mounting stud, in that order.
5. Tighten the fixing nut with a socket set or tub spanner to clamp the mixer onto the sink or bench. Ensure the mixer unit is firmly attached.
6. Connect the mixer to the water supply line by connecting the two flexible connectors to the isolating stop valves. Isolating stops should be fitted and local authorities demand their installation.
