High-class manual meat grinder. Product of the renowned brand Kinghoff , model KH-1430. This version of the grinder is adapted for both an electric motor and a manual drive . An important part of the grinder is the fitted worm wheel mounted on a bearing, which, when set in slow rotation (driven manually by a crank/wheel or by a motor), moves pieces of meat towards the mincing knives rotating with the worm gear, which press the meat through a disc with small, sharp-edged holes.
