Product Advantages and Features
The product is a frost- and waterproof adhesive mortar for interior and exterior use.
Characterized by increased adhesion.
Thanks to its precisely selected formula, it exhibits high resistance to sagging.
Universal – for gluing ceramic tiles using the thin-bed method to concrete, brick, cement, and cement-lime plasters.
Environmentally safe.
Substrate preparation
The substrate should be clean, compact, and free of grease. Any residues of emulsion or oil paints as well as loose sand grains should be removed with a putty knife or rough brush. Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with a deep penetrating primer.
Application
Mortar preparation . Prepare the adhesive by pouring 1 kg of powder into 0.22 – 0.24 l of water (4.4 – 4.8 l of water per 20 kg bag), and then mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer until uniform. Wait approximately 3 minutes and mix thoroughly again. Mortar use-up time: approx. 3 hours.
Applying the adhesive. Apply the adhesive to the prepared substrate using a notched trowel. When gluing tiles outdoors, it is recommended to gluing in a continuous layer and additionally smearing the underside of the tile with a thin layer of adhesive, which significantly improves adhesion.
Storage
Store in dry rooms, in original packaging.
