A solder with flux produced by first melting tin and lead in accordance with the PN EN 29453:2000 standard, using a continuous airless casting process, then extruded to eliminate oxides. The solder is 2.0 mm thick and weighs 100 g, with a tin content of 59.5% to 60.5%, and a melting point of 183°C to 190°C. The SW26 flux is made from rosin and an organic halogen activator, which is "bound" in the rosin after soldering, preventing direct contact with the solder and preventing corrosion. It also facilitates melting and increases the solder's fluidity.
