Arugula sprouting seeds (100 g) are an easy way to grow fresh, aromatic sprouts at home all year round. Arugula sprouts have a pleasantly spicy, peppery taste and can be enjoyed both cold and warm, making them a versatile addition to everyday meals. They are valued for their naturally occurring fiber and omega‑3 fatty acids, and are a source of vitamins (A, C, K, and B-group) as well as minerals such as zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, potassium, sulfur, calcium, and iron.
Use arugula sprouts to enhance sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, cheeses, sauces, and soups. They are best eaten raw to preserve their natural qualities.
