Step-by-Step Instructions
Boil the Water
Bring 600ml of water to a rolling boil in a pot.
Cook the Noodles
Add the noodle block to the boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
Note: These noodles are slightly thicker than standard ramen to support the heavy sauce, so don't undercook them.
The "6-Spoon" Rule (Crucial)
Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat. Drain the water, but leave approximately 6 tablespoons (approx. 90ml) of water in the pot.
Tip: If you drain it completely, the cheese powder will become gummy and won't coat the noodles evenly.
Add the Flavor
Add the Liquid Sauce and the 4-Cheese Powder packet.
Mix and Emulsify
Stir well for about 30 seconds. If the sauce is too thick, you can turn the heat back on to "low" for a few seconds while stirring to help the cheese melt into a silky consistency.
