Yves [NAIL] 4th EP Album (Deluxe STANDARD PHOTOBOOK Ver.)

I am not sure how I feel about this order. The packaging was really poor, part of the cardbox was not completely sealed, there was just a large sticker that prevented the item from falling out. The cardstock of the vinyl record was also a bit warped and the sleeve of the record itself was also damaged. However it seems that the record itself was luckily not damaged. Seeing as this is a vinyl record and we all know they are easily damaged I would have expected a bit more care. However I do not know who is responsible for the damage and I have hunch that it was not the sellers fault, but rather the delivery service (seeing that I have previous bad experiences with them).

This product is amazing. My daughter loves it. But it took too long to arrive. They lied. They said it would arrive before Valentine’s Day but instead it came 2 weeks later. What a lie. But if we ignore that then the keychain is FANTASTIC. I don’t get what it’s saying but as long as my daughter is happy. I don’t get why she likes those Korean boys but as long as she’s happy. 🤣😊🥰

I received the order and I am 100% satisfied. I’m way too happy. The photocard that I found inside the wrapper covering the album is one of my all-time favorites and I didn't have it yet. When I saw it I jumped for joy. And the photocard I found inside the album is also one of the ones I wanted🥹🥹🥹 I feel super happy

everything was alright expect for the fact that nakyoung PC came without a qr code. the seller is sure that the card shouldn't have a qr code, joom also thinks the same because "the qr code wasn't included in the description" even though every triples objekt has a qr code.

Hihi everyone! These albums are so nice,I got Manon,Megan,Lara and Sophia which are amazing.It included a poster which I loved and i also really like the fact that there is a holographic card at the front of the albums! Very nice quality,would recommend.☆

Had a few delays with delivery so it took a while to get here, but contacted company and they were nice to deal with and fixed the issue promptly. so glad it came as it was very hard to get anywhere. Item was packaged well to prevent damage.

It’s really good but for some mistake my parcel was delivered to the post office on the other side of the city and I spent like three hours just to take it :( I have the post office near my home

Really pleased with the service. Very fast delivery within a week, well packaged, excellent delivery updates. Product was as described and authentic. Will purchase from Joom and the seller again.
