Cable ties otherwise known as zip ties are intended for
binding, and quick bundling: cables, wires, hoses, tubes ,
mountings for identification plates etc.. They are made of
durable polyamide 66. The special features are: high resistance to
external factors, as well as fire resistance, thanks to the use of
UL94V2 qualified materials.
Cable ties are used in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, at
assembly temperature from -10°C to +60°C, it is also worth mentioning the temperature
melting point +256°C. Furthermore, the cable ties are resistant to the action of
such substances as: oils, fats, detergents, refinery products,
chlorinated and alcoholic solvents. Thanks to the use in the wristbands
toothed profile cable, which after passing through the head
it wedges in permanently and the loop formed cannot be loosened
does not require the use of additional tools for crimping them.
