I am satisfied with the speed of delivery! It arrived much earlier than the indicated deadline after I placed the order! I will try the item and hope it meets my expectations!

I only received it yesterday and haven't consumed it yet. So it's too early to give my opinion. It does seem to be in conformity with my order, though.

Satisfied but the delivery a bit long

I am very dissatisfied and regret my purchase on this website. I want to return the product because I no longer need it. The product has even never been opened and is still in its original packaging.. However, customer service indicates that I have to pay the return costs to Poland myself. I find this absolutely unreasonable, especially because this information was not clearly stated on the website at the time of my purchase.. I find it very disappointing to be confronted with unexpected return costs. If I had known this beforehand, I probably would not have made my purchase. The customer service and the return policy have seriously damaged my trust in this website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this website to others.

Even as a supplement, there should be more information about the product via a package insert. Delivery took a long time.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. Despite a diet together with the pills, I have not lost weight.
