III. After-Sales Usage Instructions
1. No reason for return or exchange is supported for non-quality issues (such as personal dislike, size mismatch, box flaws, and normal craftsmanship flaws). Tariffs and shipping costs incurred for cross-border returns/exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Figurines are fragile items. Avoid direct sunlight (to prevent material aging and fading) and high-temperature humid environments when displaying them daily. Prevent falling and extrusion, and keep small accessories properly; lost accessories will not be reissued.
