The palm area, exposed to the highest temperatures, utilizes the professional-grade material "Kevlar x Nomex W-knit," used in firefighter gloves.

With a heat resistance of 330°C, they can be safely used for high-temperature cooking in fish grills. Responding to customer requests, a larger size has been added for men as well.
