[Tips for Storage and Thawing] If you find that your rice is not thawing properly and becoming fluffy, please check the following: ・If you freeze rice that has been kept warm for a long time, it may not thaw properly and become fluffy. Please store it as soon as possible after it has been cooked. ・Overheating in the microwave may cause the rice to become hard. Even if the lid is cold, it may still be warm, so please open it and check. Leaving it in the microwave for about 30 seconds after heating will result in a fluffier texture.
