I adjusted the device to my pool water exactly according to the description. The device then correctly displayed the right values for pH and CL twice (compared with the tablet testing method). Since the 3rd measurement (3rd week), the device no longer works correctly, i.e., it shows completely wrong values. I then tried to recalibrate the device (according to the description), but it didn't change anything on the display. The device is no longer usable.! The company Joom is the absolute biggest "dung heap" The device doesn't work. I went through the complaint process 3 times, started the return, but the support is a computer or an idiot. I've never experienced such an obstacle course.. A frustrated customer will never order from you again.
