Operation instruction:
1. In order to ensure the best oil filling and long life, drop a few drops of lubricating oil in the pump inlet before each use, and rinse with water after each use
2. Make sure the inlet hose is sealed and as short as possible. Inlet hose must not exceed 9 feet (2.75 m)
3. When pumping abrasives or liquids containing solids, use a filter in the inlet pipe for longer service life.
4. For safety and ease of use, it is recommended to mount the pump on the surface.
5. Install and drill holes. Observe the inlet pipe to ensure that a certain amount of fluid is sucked into the pump within 5-20 seconds. If not, check that the intake pipe is properly installed to the inlet.
6. Install and start the rig. Observe whether a certain amount of fluid is sucked into the pump within 15-20 seconds of the intake line. If not, check that the intake line is properly installed on the intake pump. Do not run dry. If the pump fails to start, check the hose for kinks or blockages.
