I liked the design itself. The knife has a good weight, also does the handle 👍 Handle is made of wood. It has a hanging hole which is pretty useful. The knife has a finger hole to give a bit more force to the knife if needed. There are two options: with finger hole and no hole. *Boning knives have long, thin, flexible blades with a sharp tip to make piercing meat easier and safer. The blade is designed to cut through ligaments and connective tissue to remove raw meat from the bone. The whole length of the knife is 27 cm. The length of the blade is 14 cm. Thickness of the blade is 1,5mm. The width of the blade is 3,5 cm. The length of the handle is 13 cm The knife has a plastic tip cover to protect it's sharpness and secures it. Hello 🖐🏻 Kitchen knife for fillet. The fillet knife is considered to be a highly specialized kitchen tool. With its help it is easy to break the whole fish or remove the fillet from the skin, separate the meat from the chicken carcass, finely cut the product into pieces or slides. This knife is indispensable in a professional kitchen, but both amateur cooks and fishermen often have it in their arsenal. The most relevant is the use of a fillet knife to prepare fresh fish carcasses for preparation. Since it is not even a professional to use a fillet knife when cutting fresh fish, use the following instruction: Clean the scales (not sharpened side of the blade). Cut off your head. Cut off the fins and tail. Argue and touch your belly; Divide into 2 parts along the ridge line; Remove the rib and other bones to get a peeled fillet. Cut into pieces if necessary.
