I do not recommend this product at all. It is not a real air conditioner, even though the product description makes it appear to be one. It is only a small air cooler that blows mostly warm air. Even after filling the tank with ice and very cold water, the cooling effect was almost nonexistent. The packaging was also unacceptable. The unit was simply placed inside the box without any protective material, no foam, and not even a plastic bag. For an electrical appliance, this is very poor packaging and could easily lead to damage during shipping. The product description is misleading and does not match the actual performance. I feel that I wasted my money on a product that does not do what it promises. To make matters worse, Joom's customer service has been extremely disappointing. They are very slow to respond, and in my case I received no meaningful help. It feels like once they have your money, they are no longer interested in helping their customers. Overall, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I would not recommend either this product or buying it through Joom. Buyers should be very careful before purchasing this item.

Very disappointed.... it's not an air conditioner and secondly it doesn't cool anything and yet it's in a room 3.50 meters by 2.20 meters
