With a strong magnetic system to hold your door firmly and a spring loaded latch feature to stop your door smoothly and durably. Product net weight: 275 grams.

Note: The magnetic door stopper works because it contains both a magnet and iron - the magnet needs iron to attract. But iron can rust if it comes into direct contact with water and oxygen. So, to avoid rust, do not expose the magnetic door stopper to humid environment. most importantly, avoid direct contact with water.

Installation Instructions: 1. Drill a Ø10 mm hole (45 mm deep) on the floor. 2. Place the anchor bolt in the hole, then turn the nut with a wrench until the anchor bolt is secured in the hole. 3. Use your hand to rotate the door stop down on the anchor bolt until it is secured with the anchor bolt on the floor. 4. The last step: Fix the latch on the door with the screws provided.

Note: This door stopper is NOT suitable for wooden floor (wooden floor)
