This is a leg-only raincoat that can be easily put on and taken off while wearing shoes. Because it's a full-open type leg cover, it protects your pants from rain more easily than wearing overpants.

The thigh area has an elastic band to prevent it from slipping down. The vertical closure uses Velcro (hook-and-loop fastener) for easy on and off.

This product comes as a set of left and right covers, but can also be combined to be used as a waterproof apron around the waist.

It does not cover the shoe area, so it's best used with rain boots. It's useful for commuting by motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle on rainy days.
