The earring model itself is very cool and pretty, but the craftsmanship and quality control ruin everything. The clasps arrived in terrible condition: the pins are completely bent, crooked, and do not align with the locking mechanism. Very disappointed with the negligent attitude towards the customer. Another refusal.
