Curl your lashes with a curler. 2. Place the comb at the base of your lashes and pull upward towards the tips to lift your lashes. - When using as a mascara base, layer your regular mascara after it dries. - When using as a top coat, apply after your regular mascara. - It is recommended to use an eye makeup remover when removing.
