If you have 1 software and a Nintendo 3DS console for the number of people, you can play with up to 4 people with download play.
In party mode, 7 board maps with different rules will appear. Various gimmicks have been prepared.
In the one-player Bowser Tower, win mini-games on each floor and aim for Bowser on the top floor of the 30-story tower.

Includes 80 new mini-games that make use of the features of the Nintendo 3DS, and 7 types of board maps with different rules. All but 1 player games can be enjoyed by up to 4 people with a single software. [Map: Killer Mountain Survival] When you throw a killer with dice, a huge killer pops out. Aim for the goal while avoiding killers. [Map: Rocket Race Galaxy] While riding a rocket, you can power up the dice with an item called a booster and aim for a one-shot reversal. [Map: Hei Ho's idiot card] Aim for the goal by drawing a card with numbers drawn on it from your opponent's hand. [Minigame: Chorobon Archery] Tilt the main unit, set an aim, and shoot an arrow at the target. (Gyro operation) [Minigame: Fishing with consecutive hits] Hit the displayed button repeatedly within the time limit. (Button operation) In “Bowser Tower,” which can be enjoyed by one person, win mini-game battles on each floor and aim for Bowser at the top of the tower.
[Battle with Sorechigai Tsushin] You can do mini-game battles with your favorite characters from opponents you've crossed paths with. You can pass by up to 10 people at once.
