Casio PRO TREK PRG-30-1JF is a digital outdoor watch designed for trekking, camping, and daily outdoor use.

This model has a compact case compared with the previous PRG-330 model. It is designed to fit the wrist comfortably and reduce interference with sleeves during long wear.

The display uses clear digital fonts for easy reading. Direct side buttons provide access to sensor functions. The button design and button guards help reduce accidental operation.

The band is a soft silicone Durasoft band designed for comfortable wear. The replaceable band system allows the user to change the band. Compatible attachments such as a carabiner are sold separately.
