At most area bass (managed black bass fishing spots) across the country, fishing spot regulations require the use of barbless hooks (without barbs) and must be strictly observed!
By being equipped with a [barbless hook (no barb)] from the beginning, you can use it immediately after taking it out of the package without changing the needle!
The installed [TIMON Troutin Treble Barbless (BL)] is a barbless treble hook that features a "gentle curved point," "short shank," and "deep throat design."
This hook has excellent strength and hooking performance and has been thoroughly tested in area bass ponds.
○ "Gentle curved point"...In order to reliably pick up shallow bites, a gentle curved point and modest approach angle design are used.
The design focuses the hook point inward to prevent unnecessary contact with rocks and structures, reducing wear on the hook point!
○ "Short shank design"...By making the shank short, the hook point can easily approach the plug, increasing the hooking rate around the mouth.
It also reduces entanglement between hooks when attached to small lures.
○ "Deep Throat Design"...The deep throat design with a long holding zone improves the catch rate.
○ "Barbless (no barb)"...Less damage to the fish, suitable for catch and release. Also, hooking to wear or net can be quickly eliminated.
The micro pencil bait [Chubby Pencil 55 Area], a custom model exclusively for black bass management fishing spots and area bass, equipped with a barbless hook, is finally here!
