Ronan O'Connor (voiced by Koichi Yamadera), a detective with the Salem Police Department, had his life abruptly cut short by a ruthless killer he encountered at a crime scene. When he came to, he was already a "ghost." Ronan is stunned to find his own corpse lying there, and realizes that his soul is trapped in the "Dusk," a world between the spirit world and the mortal world. To escape the Dusk, he must uncover the truth of the incident and find the killer. In order to uncover the identity of the mysterious killer who murdered him, the "Bell Killer," and the truth behind the incident, Ronan, still in his ghostly body, begins investigating "his own murder."
