unique Japanese tea with roasted rice. Genmaicha from Quba Caffe is a Japanese tea made with Sencha green tea and roasted rice. Sencha is typically harvested from the first or second harvest, with only the first three leaves from the tea bush being picked. This is why the tea is characterized by a high theine content, a delicate and sweet flavor, and a light green color. The leaves are steamed for 30 seconds, sun-dried, and then kneaded using the "Uji" method. Sencha is most commonly grown in Shizuoka, Kyoto, or Kagoshima. Genmaicha's flavor is enriched with roasted rice and rice popcorn, so after brewing, the tea surprises with a roasted, slightly nutty flavor and aroma. The infusion acquires a light green color. We recommend brewing green tea up to three times. The first brew for 1 minute, the second for 2 minutes, and the third for 3 minutes. The second brew is the most beneficial. Why is it worth drinking green tea? Green tea is a true elixir of health! It contains numerous polyphenols, fluoride, calcium, iron, potassium, sodium, zinc, and vitamins (A, B1, B2, C, E, and K). It supports weight loss, improves concentration, slows down the aging process, has a positive effect on teeth, has antibacterial properties, cleanses the body, and strengthens bones.
