How to Use:
Step 1. Twist the collar of the Micro Collector Applicator in the direction of the arrow until concealer appears on the sponge (may need to turn slightly on first use). Step 2. Use the applicator to apply concealer directly under the eyes and blend outward. Step 3. For extreme dark circles, apply a neutralizer shade under the concealer shade. Step 4. To add a luminous effect, apply the brightener shade to the inner corners of the eyes, cheeks, brow bones, and bridge of the nose.
