Apply a thin layer of glue to the strip of the false eyelashes. 2. Wait 20 seconds for the glue to dry slightly and become tacky. 3. Using tweezers or your fingers, apply the false eyelashes to your eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible, and press gently. 4.
