The tie's total length is approximately 144cm, and we repeatedly prototyped it, dividing it into 5cm intervals to determine the optimal width for creating a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing knot. This fine-count, high-density fabric creates a sense of luxury and substantiality. It uses approximately 1.2 to 1.4 times the amount of yarn compared to typical outer fabrics. By weaving with fine-count, high-density yarn, it gains a moderate volume, and the colors and patterns gain depth and vividness, resulting in an improved texture. In addition, the moderate volume makes it easier to fasten and less likely to loosen when tightening. An 8cm wide tie blade is easy to match with any style. For the past few years, an 8cm wide tie blade has been the mainstream. When the width of the tie blade is roughly the same as the width of the suit lapel and the length of the shirt collar, the V-zone looks well-balanced. We strive to reproduce colors as close to the actual product as possible, but please note that the color may differ slightly depending on your monitor. This necktie is made from high-density fabric woven in the Tango region of Kyoto, one of Japan's leading silk weaving areas, and each tie is carefully sewn by skilled craftsmen. The interlining is also selected to match the outer fabric, and it quickly recovers its shape after being tied, providing an exceptionally comfortable fit.
