The Granny Square Textbook Learn While Having Fun

Language: Japanese, 96 pages Published: September 2023

Granny crochet is a technique that makes use of square motifs called “granny squares.” Using the same method, you can crochet shapes such as stripes, triangles, rectangles, circles, and hexagons. Whether you join many motifs together, continue crocheting to make a larger piece, or experiment with color combinations… the fun of granny crochet lies in the endless possibilities. This book provides thorough explanations for those nagging little questions you might be too embarrassed to ask—such as “How do I change colors?”, “How do I finish off the yarn?”, and “How do I join the pieces?”

It features 23 projects, ranging from basic scarves, bags, and shawls to mats and slippers. Master the basics while having fun crocheting.
