■Mount Koya Chumon Hinoki “Myojo”
“Mount Koya” is a “sacred site” in Buddhism, opened as a training ground by “Kobo Daishi Kukai” around 819. It was certified as a World Heritage Site in 2004.
We have prepared a wrist mala/bracelet using the same original wood as the “Chumon” located at the center of Mount Koya.
The current Chumon is the eighth iteration, rebuilt 172 years after a fire in 1843.
The product offered this time uses sacred wood felled during the reconstruction, making it a valuable item using the same spiritual wood as the Chumon.
Once out of stock, it will be difficult to obtain.
