We got the long-awaited Flipper Zero device (a mega hit on Kickstarter). It is sold directly by the manufacturer of the device - Flipper Devices Inc. Everything works - you can copy your house key, underground parking and office cards onto the flipper. It’s a very interesting and useful thing, especially if you know how to program, because then you can do a lot more with it due to the device being open source.

Ordered August 21, arrived on the 27th. Flipper Zero: A Pen Tester's Perspective The Flipper Zero has quickly become an integral part of my penetration testing toolset. I have been using it effectively to recognize and leverage weaknesses in access control systems, wireless communication protocols, and hardware interfaces. Areas of Improvement: Learning Curve: While the UI feels somewhat intuitive, taking full advantage of what Flipper Zero does requires some time investment. The official documentation and community resources are pretty good, but there will be a learning curve for advanced functionalities. Battery Life: The battery is decent for most purposes, but heavy use during tests may need frequent recharging. Overall Evaluation: Flipper Zero is a powerful, multi-functional tool that took my capabilities regarding penetration testing to the next level. With such an extended set of functionalities, an open-source framework, and active community support, it gets almost indispensable for the professional of information security. While it does have some disadvantages-like problems with battery life and accessibility-disadvantages are by far outweighed by advantages. The Flipper Zero device is a serious investment for those committed to growing their toolkit in penetration testing with active defensive posture development against emerging threats.

It didnt show up? And idk how 2 get a refund because it says it was Delivered i never used this site before I hope its just late (but it does say delivered like a week ago so IDK? 5 stars if it gets here though 0 if it doesnt and I cant even get a refund) *(i will change my review depending on this and if they refund In the event that my item doesn't show up for whatever reason i will also change my review to 5 stars but currently it says delivered and I didn't get it. So I have to put it as 0 for the time being) ** edit yeah this place is a complete and total scam. I advise anybody reading this. Please just pay the extra. Whatever on amazon because there is supposed to be a time limit if it doesn't show up within a certain time.time. Their quote "joom guaranteed delivery" is just a ripoff to get you to weigh a certain amount of time.So that nobody has to access your file or something.I think I have no idea.I put in several requests to be able to request for a refund and because you're only able to request a refund in a two week period if it doesn't show up which it didn't.I feel like they're just trying to run out the clock on me.So that they can say, oh, you didn't make it on time.When the two weeks is up, even though i've sent several messages so far saying, I didn't get the item I ordered 300 lost because I wanted to save 80 off what the amazon price was.What a dumbass I am..... Don't be like me and yes, if I do get a refund. I will change this review like I have now or at least get the item I ordered and wanted i don't even care if there's no compensation for the extremely late delivery.Because I expected it to take a little longer for a delivery. But that would have been, ok if the flipper actually arrived.Which it did not

Despite ordering 6 weeks I still dont have my item. Have no idea where it is or how long it will take to arrive and the sites tracking shows totally different information to every other tracking site with Joom insisting rhe item is in China and there tracking saying that but tracking everywhere says the Netherlands. Support refuses to respond when I made them aware of Consumer Laws they are in breach of and claim that 75 days ÷ is reasonable to wait for an item that I was made aware was domestic not international. They also stated that "vendors can send things from wherever they want" which is against consumer law again especially when they haven't informed me where it's coming from. Likewise with an arrival, they refuse to even give an estimated time it will arrive which again breaches consumer law. A majority of reviews here say that people have gotten there packages within 3 days to a week which means the reviews are either fake or the product is shipped domesticly as you can't get international packages In 3 days. I would avoid this site like the plague and hope something will be done about removing there status as "Flipper Zeros official Australian reseller" as there not selling it here but from overseas, why wouldn't i just order directly from the people that make the item if i5s being shipped from there anyway? I'd prefer to not have a terrible company like this take a slice of profits for doing literally nothing at all.

WARNING!! SCAMMERS AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DELT WITH!! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THESE GUYS! Just for context this was my fourth order / flipperzero I ordered through these guys and basically the device was dead, it didn't boot and there was no sign of life even when plugged into direct power the device was completely faulty, I contacted them and I provided proof which i'm going to provide now so EVERYONE can see, Once I Tried to apply for a refund I had to provide proof which I did and then they directed me to "Flipper Customer Support" and they even said that they contact "Joom" stating that I was to get a refund, that was two weeks ago! they haven't emailed me or even messaged me back in customer support!? Here is all the evidence in the world, I hope you guys are happy because im going to post this EVERYWHERE! I had bought four flippers through you guys and you literally gas light and scammed me, THEY LITERALLY DIDNT CONTACT ME UNTIL MY "WARRENTY" EXPIRED SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE AND I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE BUY FROM THESE GUYS, I EVEN GOT THE "OK" FOR A REFUND BY FLIPPER THEMSELF! I HOPE YOU LOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS YOUS ARE RIDICULOUS! SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS!

Extremely Disappointed, Never Received My Order I strongly advise avoiding Joom Geek. I never received my order, yet the company insists the package was delivered, even though that is completely incorrect. They emailed me earlier saying the package would be “a little delayed”, but that delay turned into more than a month with no updates and no product. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including asking for a refund, they have refused to return my money and continue to claim the package was delivered. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It really feels like they are not serious about customer relations or order fulfillment. I will never buy from Joom Geek again. I wish I had known this before. I will now buy my Flipper Zero from Amazon or another reputable seller, where at least I know I will receive the product and have proper buyer protection. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this store.

Cool! Provided I don't end up with guys in business suits and black sunglasses at my door, the order went well, arriving in just a couple days. (FYI I just wanted to collect these because I think they're neat and I'd like to fiddle around with pentesting at some point. I saw these last year and put off buying them because I was lazy, but the Canadian government acting out the way it did and announcing its intention to ban them in the future ironically made me want to buy more and horde them. Instead of making sure their digital infrastructure is secure, these guys will just go ahead and ban everything. I don't even think most of our politicians are even tech-literate. Overall, it's a nonsensical decision--especially considering you can just build a flipper-style pwnagotchi from scratch with a Raspberry Pi. Knowing the gov't though, they'll probably try banning that too, at which point I guess I'll start hording Pis...)
