Its a small bottle with a roller ball, so there is no chance of spilling any. You roll about 2 times on each temple and chin, and I added a little under my nose. I massaged my temples. Cute , I just want to know why are they marketed as "essential oils" ? It is impossible to make essential oil for the ocean and strawberries I found out you need half a bottle (1,5ml) of the oil mixed with 10ml water in an oil burner to make a 2×2 meter room smell nice, any less oil will not be enough
