Do not use detergents containing bleaching ingredients, fabric softener or bleach.
Do not dry-clean or iron.
Do not use a dryer or wring the garment.
Do not store or wash wet garments together with other clothing.
Oils and sunscreen may cause fabric discoloration or garment deformation. Wash thoroughly so that no residue remains.
Use in high-temperature environments, saunas or spas may cause fabric damage or discoloration. Please take care.

Free shipping is available even when purchasing one item.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote mountainous areas and Jeju Island.
First order cutoff: 9 a.m.
Second order cutoff: 1 p.m.
Order changes and cancellations are not available after the order cutoff time.
Sold-out items may be canceled after notification by text message.
Exchange and Return Information
Apply for an exchange or return within 20 days of receiving the product.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products can be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns due to a change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
Round-trip exchange shipping: KRW 6,000 / KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island
Return shipping: KRW 6,000 for initially free-shipping products, KRW 3,000 for products with prepaid shipping
For remote areas and Jeju Island, exchange shipping is KRW 12,000 and return shipping is KRW 6,000.

A/S Information
The quality warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
Before applying for A/S, contact the customer center to check whether repair is possible.
Damage caused by customer negligence, improper washing or expiration of the quality warranty period is excluded from compensation.
If repair is possible, it may be carried out at a cost.
A/S may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
