This earthenware pot features a lid resembling chrysanthemum petals and boasts excellent functionality and design, embodying the keywords of eco-friendliness, ease of use, and safety. It has a double lid system with an inner and outer lid. Due to its low water absorption rate, it can be to cook ingredients other than rice, which can easily transfer odors.
This earthenware pot is twice as thick as a regular one, offering excellent heat retention and the ability to distribute heat evenly, enveloping the rice for delicious, fluffy, and glossy results. It's also economical because you can turn off the heat once it boils and let the residual heat finish cooking the rice. It's also excellent for simmering dishes using residual heat.
It can be over an open flame, in an oven, or in a microwave. You can use the microwave to heat food, but you cannot cook rice in it.
