The device is ok so far, I'm curious how my dad will deal with it. Can be set very loud in the handset. There is also a stage for telephone, for this you need to hold the device close to the telephone receiver, then it picks up the electronic voltage from the receiver and converts it into sound. Unfortunately, there are problems with mobile phones, but landline phones are probably fine. Next to the battery compartment is a rotary control, this is for the frequency, low or high sound. A small screwdriver is included for this purpose. There is no socket for a jack plug for normal headphones on the device, only a 2-prong plug. The sound amplifier device is very small, but quite amazing what it does. However, there is often feedback, which is difficult and harmful to the hearing. The first device I bought was better in this regard. Maybe we'll still manage to get to grips with the new device even better over time.
