The station arrived via Warsaw with customs clearance in Kyiv. I received an email from Nova Poshta stating that for customs clearance, I need to send them copies of my passport, ID code, and receipt. I did not pay any additional fees. The station is charged to 28% and has 1 of its own power outlet charging cable; the car cable, as indicated in the description, is missing. A suggestion to the seller for the future - to stick "this side up" arrows on the box so that Nova Poshta employees pay attention, because my Ecoflow box was upside down at the branch; I hope it didn't travel the whole way like that. Release date 12.2025. It is absolutely necessary to install the mobile app (the QR code is on the instructions) and set the charging threshold; the optimal recommended range is min 20% - max 80%, as well as the charging speed of the station itself from the outlet. 350 W is a very gentle mode, without excessive heating, in about 1.5 hours.

Received the item, very satisfied. Now I have at least a little autonomy. I can easily charge my phone, power bank, watch TV, turn on the coffee machine. It charges to full in almost an hour. There was a small nuance. When the customs clearance notification arrived, I thought I would have to pay extra, and it was a bit stressful, but then it turned out that I only needed to send the documents to the post office, and NP did everything themselves. A pleasant bonus was that the delivery was by courier to my home at no extra charge. A good inexpensive option. Enough for basic needs for 1-2 people. For a large family, I recommend getting a bigger one. It did take a long time, almost a month, but I think it's because I ordered it on New Year's Eve. Saved 5-10 thousand UAH, I think.
