One of the rather incomplete purchases for quite a lot of money. It's good that everything ended with delivery, and not with a refund, because it traveled quickly, but it took almost a month to get ready for shipping. Suspicions arose that the store was fraudulent. I even wrote an appeal to Joom, because various changes were happening with the product: first it was from the Czech Republic, then from Germany, then there were promotions and price reductions (and here it was already paid for...). After the appeal, the product quickly left the warehouse in Germany for the Czech Republic and successfully reached Kyiv from March 3rd to 11th. Customs clearance was free and took one day; the main thing is to have properly scanned personal documents at hand.. Regarding the "gadget" itself, this is the second one in the family from the "Ecoflow" line. I chose it because of the available smartphone control app, although I really wanted a Bluetty, but another app is already too much, so I chose the minimal compromise. The station arrived charged to 28%. I trained it a bit: discharged it to 20%, and then to 15%, leaving it plugged into the mains for cell balancing, and charged it to 100%. I charge it at 480 W. It works very quietly, normally starts the refrigerator, because the River 3 Max cannot handle a normal start, even though it is supposed to withstand power surges up to 1200W. Disadvantages: small battery capacity. Since the plan is to save on the day tariff, from 7 am to 11 pm the battery with the refrigerator, two cameras (video), and the cat feeder discharges to 20...18% with such a minimal set of loads, it's just enough. If you boil a 2.35 L kettle on an induction hob at 1.2 kW, the charge decreases from 99% to 72%, meaning an additional battery is definitely needed here.. If you decide to buy, then take one with a larger charge capacity of 1550 W/h. The station has no extraneous smells of burning, plastic, or anything else. Thank you to the Joom team for your help.

Received Ecoflow delta 3 plus, satisfied with the favorable price, didn't expect fast delivery, but had to wait longer than the planned term, it could have been expedited if I picked it up from customs myself, no additional payment was required, only a message from Nova Poshta about customs arrived, with a choice to either pick it up myself or rely on the dealer by submitting the list of documents specified in the letter, customs takes up to 30 days, so it's better to pick it up yourself, expected customs clearance in 16 days and made the order on November 28, it was shipped on 01.12 and then the transit centers and customs (arrived in Kyiv at customs on 17.12, since I chose the option with the dealer, it was delivered on 02.01), Joom describes the events quite well, I didn't observe delays longer than one day, only at customs in Kyiv after the transfer to the dealer the messages came late Checked the app works, the laces are quite good, so far only discharged to 0% with a kettle to charge and check further, overall so far everything is good, thank you

Paid on January 27th, when it still cost 34 thousand UAH. Arrived only on March 13th. The power outages have already ended. But I think such goods will only get more expensive. So it will be useful. I have 2 other Ecoflo of different lower power at home, so I wanted another one, more powerful. The seller didn't ship for a very long time. A month and a half of waiting. Therefore, I removed one star for such a long wait. I didn't have to pay anything extra at customs because the preferential period for such goods was extended. Arrived half-charged. Works quietly. If you decide to order, be prepared for a long wait.

The product is good. But I waited a very long time. From the moment of payment until I received it, 45 days passed. I thought I would have to pay extra at customs, but everything is ok, I didn't pay anything extra. The set includes only one power cable. There is no cable for car charging and for solar panels.
